Psalms 116:1 — Sunday, April 26, 2026

The psalm is a song of gratitude for God's answer to prayer. The verse opens: I love the Lord, for he heard my voice and my cry for mercy. The psalmist's love springs from the experience of being heard by the Most High. God bends down to answer the cry of those who trust him.
