The psalm celebrates God's intimate knowledge: Lord, you have searched me and you know me. It is one of the deepest passages about divine omniscience. God knows every thought, every word, and every path of the psalmist. Today, this verse invites us to rest in the certainty that we are fully known. We do not need to hide who we are before the Lord. Being searched by God can cause fear, but also security and welcome. The God who knows everything also cares for every detail of our life. Intimacy with the Creator is the safest place that exists.
