Psalms 150:1
“Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.”

Explanation
The final psalm is the great hallelujah that closes the book: Praise the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens. The whole psalm is an explosion of praise with trumpets, harps, and cymbals. The book of Psalms ends as it began: with a call to worship. Today, this verse reminds us that the Christian life ends and begins again in praise. God dwells in his sanctuary and shows his power in all the universe. Everything that has breath is invited to worship the Lord. May we close each day and each journey exalting the God of glory. Praise the Lord!
