Isaiah 12:2 — Monday, August 31, 2026

Isaiah chapter 12 is a song of thanksgiving placed by the prophet on the lips of the redeemed people after their great deliverance. After the announced judgment and restoration, the natural response is joy and praise. Verse 2 sums up that trust: God is my salvation, therefore I will not fear. The name of the Lord is strength and song, a reason for security and celebration at the same time. Faith does not remove difficulties, but it changes our relationship with them, because we know where our help comes from. Today we invite you to draw water with joy from the wells of salvation and to turn fear into praise.
