Psalms 38:9
“Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.”

Explanation
Psalm 38 is one of the penitential psalms; David confesses his sin and describes the suffering that accompanies it. Verse 9 is a moment of surrender: Lord, all my desire is before you, and my groaning is not hidden from you. David does not need to hide anything from God; his longings and pains are laid bare before him. That is a prayer of total transparency. God knows our deepest desires, even those we cannot express in words. Bringing him the truth of our hearts is the first step toward healing. When we confess our weakness, we make room for grace. Today we can present to God everything we feel, without masks.
