Genesis 18:14
“Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.”

Explanation
The Lord visits Abraham and promises that Sarah, already old, would have a son. Sarah laughed to herself, for it seemed impossible; it is in this context that God asks the question that crosses the centuries: is any thing too hard for the LORD? The question is not an empty challenge but a revelation about who God is. Nothing is impossible for the Creator, even when our logic says otherwise. God's answer points to the birth of Isaac and to all the impossible works he carried out in history. Unbelief is overcome when we look at God's power. Today this verse encourages those facing situations with no apparent way out. What is impossible for us is not impossible for God. Our weakness is the stage for his glory.
